Product Manager - IT Hardware (3-6 yrs)
The Product Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing, IT teams and support to ensure it captures the systems and processes of the company operations and user satisfaction goals are met.
The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
The Product Manager is expected to :
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver product requirement document with prioritized features
- Work with IT teams and external third parties to deliver the product
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
- Understand the competitive products and implement best practices of the industry
Requirements :
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- 3+ years of experience in a job in the healthcare market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Technical background, with experience in latest technologies
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
