Product Manager - IT (5-8 yrs)
- Lead, own, and coordinate product roadmap.
- Execute the product roadmap with the help of engineering team.
- Prioritize product features based on the business needs.
- Measure, track, and analyze effectiveness and performance of designs and features launched. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
- Roll out large-scale product efforts, by leading a cross-functional team in evolving the current experience through an experiment- driven approach.
- Specify market requirements for current and future features by conducting market research.
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, work with all the departments to execute.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience in building a consumer tech product.
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with counterparts in engineering, marketing/growth, design, and customer advocacy.
