Product Manager - Insurance (3-10 yrs)
- Collaborating and tie up with the principles like Life Insurance, AMC, etc delicately for digital initiative for new product launch
- Collaboration with IT Product & operations team to make new product live on digital platform
- Handle day to day queries from the Tele calling team & Feedback team
- Trend analysis on digital business for industry & organization
- Study digital competitors and evaluation their digital platform and client journeys
- Creating FAQs regarding product to make live on digital platform
- Collaborating with digital marketing team in order to launch campaign and guiding them in order to capture maximum business opportunity
Skills required:
- A relevant work experience in Back ends operations for Life Insurance/Mutual Funds.
- Should have the sound knowledge of excel and power point
- One digital assignment in BFSI sector or good understanding of digital business
- Prior experience in Sales of Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, would be an added advantage
- Should have knowledge of various payout structures in wealth products.
- Should be an An out of the box thinker, Self driven and innovative individual
