A Leading provider of finance for housing in India requires a Product Manager- Housing Finance Industry - Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitoring the Product / Policy/ Processes and implementing changes
- Reviewing the performance across Regions and Channels
- Planning, Implementing & reviewing the marketing activities with focus on BTL activities
- Planning and implementing business strategies / new initiatives / IT developments for ease of doing business
- Designing and implementation of contests/campaigns for Sales and Credit staff
- Monitoring the productivity of the Staff and Manpower planning
- Role involves working in close co-ordination with the Branch operations, Recovery Dept, IT department and will require travel across branches.
Key Skills:-
- Good Understanding of the Affordable Housing Finance business & processes
- Analytical bent of mind
- Strong Communication skills ( Oral and Written)
- Good command over XL and PPT
- Good Team Management skills
- The above position requires high energy levels, integrity, customer orientation, positive attitude and a strong determination to achieve Results.
Mandatory :
