- Driving activation, non-trading and stop trading conversion through branches
- Driving equity revenue through branches
- Planning and driving investor knowledge programs (ikp) through branches
- Planning equity marketing activities at a branch level
- Capability building for equity at branch - sales and servicing
- Ensure continuous process learning for equity at centres
- Deliverables - activation, retention/winback and revenue
