Product Manager National Role
Job Profile :
New Product Development & Planning : Provide Support in making technical catalogue, formulating schemes as per market trend and competitor analysis, accordingly defines features of the product and support in catalogue designing, printing, box design etc.
Commercial & Institutional Sales Support : Provide support to sales employees for their product query, schemes and technical help.
Claim Settlement : Will be responsible for claim settlement & verification.
Promotional Activities : Will conduct Architect / specifiers / consultant programme & support in promotional activities in consultation with RMs / NSM & BD team.
Coordination : To be the central point of contact for Sales employees queries from technical help or scheme clarity .Will be responsible to collect the status of product development from the market and assigned dealers & distributors.
Product Training : Will provide product training to the sales guys and orientation specialist.
Functional Requirements :
- Minimum BTech graduate with relevant experience of 14+ years
- Hands on experience of Dealer management system & MIS
- Experience in cross functional coordination
- Hands on experience in Advance Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent technical skills of lighting products
