Product Manager (7-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand user needs, competitor products, and industry trends.

- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.

- Act as the primary communication bridge between stakeholders and the development team.

- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and strategy for the new product line.

- Update the CRM and EMR systems to ensure they integrate the new product line, including defining new fields and values.

- Monitor competitor products and identify opportunities for UX/UI improvements, collaborating with designers and developers to implement those changes.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers, utilizing tools like Figma, to define the user experience and ensure a seamless interface for customers.

- Collaborate with the engineering team (both front-end and back-end) to define technical requirements and oversee implementation.

- Coordinate with the CRM and EMR teams to ensure proper integration of new product features with the existing systems.

- Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

- Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to drive user engagement and sales.

Establish clear KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of the new product line.

- Oversee product launches and ensure successful rollouts with clear communication and collaboration across departments.

- Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the product.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or a related industry.

- Experience writing clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.

- Proven ability to communicate effectively with developers, understanding technical trade-offs and ensuring product requirements are met.

- Strong understanding of market research, product lifecycle management, and product strategy.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketing teams.

- Ability to work closely with technical teams, understanding technical trade-offs and decisions.

- Experience with CRM and EMR systems and the ability to update and integrate new product features into existing systems.

- Proficiency in Figma or similar UX/UI design collaboration tools.

- B2C e-commerce experience with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer marketing and product management.

- CRO experience with proven results in optimizing user conversion and engagement rates.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
