Product Manager (5-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Product Management : Lead the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
- Technical Orientation : While the role is primarily functional, having a basic technical orientation will be beneficial in understanding product nuances and effectively communicating with technical teams.
- Workflow Knowledge : Possess a deep understanding of workflows related to our industry, helping you identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Product Lifecycle Management : Demonstrate a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles and practices to guide product development and enhancement efforts.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy : Contribute to the formulation and execution of GTM strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market success.
- Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to drive product development and successful launches.
- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to product requirements, roadmaps, and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Prior experience in product management or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suites and other relevant productivity tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
- Understanding of basic technical concepts.
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
