Product Manager (4-14 yrs)
Product Strategy and Planning:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
- Identify target market segments, user personas, and customer needs to inform product planning and development.
- Set product goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
Product Development and Execution :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver high-quality products.
- Create and prioritize product features and requirements, translating customer needs into product specifications.
- Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, industry trends, and customer insights, to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and user behavior to identify product enhancements, new features, and potential areas for innovation.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, engineers, designers, marketers, and sales teams, to align product strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Product Marketing and Launch:
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Support the marketing team in the creation of product-related content, such as product documentation, sales collateral, and product demos.
- Coordinate product launches, including product training, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
Product Performance and Optimization:
- Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization, enhancements, and feature updates.
- Conduct post-launch analysis, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
