Product Head - SME - NBFC (10-14 yrs)
Position based with a large NBFC in Delhi.
- Strategy formulation, Target setting, budgeting, recruitment, profitability & growth of the book
- Onboarding new Corporate relationships & strategic partnerships with business enablers in the area of Supplier Finance, Channel Finance.
- Conceptualizing and implementing various Business strategies, Bank's Policies/Products to ensure Business Growth, Smooth Processes in line with the competition and sound asset quality.
- Analyzing new business products, operating systems and ensuring appropriate risk monitoring and control
- Spearhead the portfolio profitability initiative which ensures that strategic decisions like pricing, retention & acquisition are taken care of on the basis of customer profitability.
- Involved in the development of systems and processes, from lead origination to client on-boarding, for the credit requirements of Working capital / term loan/ supply chain financing customers
