Product Head - Digital Marketing - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
JOB ROLE
The Product Head plays an important role in the management of the product category. He/she will be responsible for the P&L of the product category along with strategizing, execution of the Digital Marketing campaigns.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead overall product category
- Develop a strategy, adequate mix activation plan, and P&L of the category.
- Develop strategic alignment with the team and also a superior understanding of customer needs and behaviours.
- Develop long term online roadmap for the product that optimizes the customer experience and sales/profitability
- Subscriber growth and retention
- Effective and Efficient management of Team Members in terms of Target Orientation, enhance Productivity and Performance, Motivation, Monitoring and Review, Team Development, Training.
- Effective programs to compensate, train, appraise the team.
- Source and test new user acquisition channels/partners, and optimization opportunities to make the campaigns more effective.
QUALIFICATION
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
- Preference would be given to Engineers & MBA from Tier A institutions.
EXPERIENCE :
6-10 years- experience in managing category.
3 years- experience into Digital Marketing.
Experience in E-commerce/Retail/FMCG industry.
SKILL SET :
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and written)
- Passion for internet Marketing
- Hand on Exposure on platforms (Facebook, AdWords, Yahoo)
- Proven record of building and scaling profitable marketing teams
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities.
