Product Executive - Pharma (1-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review and monitor the overall performance of the sales team on a daily basis.
- Prepare and submit proper reports of the team performance to the company.
- Proper follow up with marketing representatives for any task assigned to the team.
- Help execute any marketing plan assigned to the team.
- Growing the market share of the assigned portfolio with the assigned team.
- Driving brand performance through relevant strategies that are practical to implement through an energized field force.
- Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
- Product training of homoeopathic products and their ingredients to the marketing team.
- Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation progress.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: B. Pharm, MBA
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and presentation
- Good knowledge of Human Body and various mechanisms
- Good knowledge of Homoeopathic Products.
- Positive attitude and an ability to solve complex problems through collaboration and determination
Experience : 1-6 Years in Pharma Sales
