Product Advisor


Responsibilities :


- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.

- Introduce products or services to customers and explain their features and benefits.

- Identify customer needs and offer solutions that best fit their requirements.

- Handle objections and rejections positively, striving to turn them into opportunities.

- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in a similar industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
