Product Advisor - Sales (1-2 yrs)
Job Title: Product Advisor
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Tamil and excellent command of English.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Qualification: HSC passed (Higher Secondary Certificate).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: - 15,000 to - 20,000 per month (in-hand).
- Work Schedule: 1 rotational week off between Monday to Friday.
