Business Development Manager


- Experience at a top startup or established company is mandatory for this role. Tier- 1 education is mandatory.

- If you like winning at all costs, this is a perfect role for you. Prodo's responsibility is towards its manufacturing partners to constantly provide them with sustainable demand. In this role you will be responsible for onboarding large and mega companies as Prodo's clients. The role will give you exposure to some of the biggest brands in the world and their buying patterns.

What You Will Do :


- Deliver customer delight by introducing big businesses to one-touch manufacturing by Prodo.

- Generate new business opportunities and take ownership of large ticket B2B Sales.

- Acquiring new and partnership business opportunities : following the complete sales cycle prospecting, generating leads, meetings, requirement gathering, product demonstration, business proposal, negotiation, related documentation; closure of the lead

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients

- Maintain relationships with channel partners and execute BD activities with complete ownership.

- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to design collaterals, mailers, and proposals required for the partnerships.

- Working closely with the product team to give them feedback from the market and future requirements and enhancements in the product

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Should have a good general knowledge to connect with prospects and establish connections.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and G-suite.
