Position : Community Manager
Purpose of the job :
- We are currently hiring a Community Manager who will be responsible for creating strategies to foster a strong community.
Experience : The candidate must have minimum of 1-5 years' experience.
Major Responsibilities & Deliverables :
- Curating and executing new events to bring Prodo's community members together and creating a sense of community.
- Responsible for building, managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness.
- Understand the needs of all the members.
- Maximize customer satisfactions through regular customer engagement.
- Create digital communications and impactful promotional campaigns for the events channelled with creativity.
- Digital Marketing (Developing and managing social media coverage for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook).
- Drive lead generation through networking and marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with community building platforms and digital technology.
- Identifying new channels for partnerships.
- Plan and organize events quarterly.
- Drive sales through community.
- Prepare and onboard community members.
Requirements :
- 1 to 5 years' experience within Community Management.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
- Event management skills and are able to handle several multiplies responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Adept at managing social media.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impactful content.
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.
