Role Overview

Prodigy is hiring Business Managers who have strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with a track record of building successful customer relationships in a transactional environment. A Business Manager is responsible for selling Prodigy services, bundled along with IT Infrastructure solutions from Dell-EMC, Nutanix, Cisco, VMware,etc to specified customer segments and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a merit based environment and utilize your sales experience, while scaling your career into advanced sales and/or leadership in a growing-reputed company.

Role Responsibilities

- This is a field sales job.

- Drives inbound and outbound meetings, calls, emails, and quote requests to focus on maintaining and expanding customer relationships as well as increasing conversion

gains with existing and new customers.

- Acts as a trusted business advisor to the customer and utilizes the knowledge of Prodigy Services products, technology, and tools to help customers grow & thrive.

- Recommends services solutions considering customer needs and Prodigy's interests.

- Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Prodigy's customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted segments.

- Engages cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/ meet customer needs.

- Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met.

- Makes decisions based upon an appropriate amount of information/data analysis.

Requirements

- 1 to 2.5 years of years of relevant experience in sales.

- Strong customer relationship skills.

- Articulate communicator, fluent in English with excellent listening skills

- Self-motivated and ambitious.

- Sells Consultatively - has the ability to use collaborative communication to engage clients in discussions that results in mutual value.
