The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship with others.
- Maintain a positive climate for learning through appropriate research based classroom management strategies.
- Develop & publish classroom rules and guidelines.
- Maintain current curriculum & instructional practices.
- Should be able to understand the needs of the employees and judge what will work.
- To develop or assess materials that will help employees understand the subjects being taught.
- Will be able to decide the best programs to train their employees and meet the needs of the organization.
- Must have earlier provided training on the different Products of the clients.
- Must be friendly, clear & strong speaker.
- Should be able to prepare and deliver presentations.
- Prepare and deliver information to diverse audiences ensuring that you use an appropriate communication style, operate equipment correctly and represent the values of the Service.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Must Have Excellent Communications Skills
- Atleast 1year experience as a Process Trainer in BPO industry
- Comfortable in 24X7 shifts
Preferred Candidature Criteria :
The candidate should be a Graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience required at same level.
- Should be flexible to work in US Shift.
- Must have prior experience into an International Telecom domain.
- Responsible for Conducting Classroom Training.
- Ready to work from office as and when required.
- Comfortable to work in US Shift basis the international shifts.
- Required immediate joiners.
