Process Trainer - Media (5-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Conduct, Coordinate and Deliver comprehensive or customized process training program for new hire or existing Customer Support Associates
- Conduct training assessments and or Process Knowledge Tests in training as well as the operations.
- Stay up to date on Process and share process updates in a timely manner with the Trainees and the Customer Support Associates.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis and collaborate with the Leadership Team to close any knowledge gap.
- Conduct workshops on soft skills training, Telephone etiquette/ Email etiquette to the new hires.
- Take the trainees through 1 day of on soft skills training, Telephone etiquette/Email etiquette with the new hires.
- Ability to work on Data and generate various types of reports and analysis.
- Use tools to gather data and analyze trends or patterns affecting the trainees or training.
- Provide coaching and Feedback to enhance Trainee/Associate performance.
- Keeping the stakeholders updated with the new process updates or improvement initiatives.
- Create training content and modify the existing training content on a regular basis.
- Maintains all reports related to attendance, agent trends, CSAT performance.
- Listen to DSAT calls, provide coaching and feedback to Associates and share tips to improve customer satisfaction.
