- Training employees on proper procedures for handling live customer calls.
- Performing regular TNA's to bridge gaps.
- Conducting regular refreshers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Creating positive experiences amongst trainees.
- Floor/Process improvement through constant feedback and coaching sessions .
- Conducting training to fulfill client requirements and adhere to SLA's Sharing training region specific trends and insights to client for smooth and transparent operations.
- Conducting and preparing regular PKT's to gauge and improve agent product knowledge.
- Looking for someone with 1+ years of working experience
- In Life insurance Sector & should have Experience as Life insurance Trainer(candidates from health insurance Preferred)
