Responsibilities :
- Deliver Support to customer over Phone or through Web Based Tools
- Candidate will be responsible for handling customer's technical queries, providing customer service.
- Work with development and other support specialist and engineers to provide successful resolution to customer complaints / queries
- Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
- Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer
Requirements :
- Candidate should be graduate (BBA/BCA/B.Sc./M.Sc./B.com/BE) or any graduate in computer science stream
- Candidate should have an excellent communication skills and have a dynamic personality
- Candidate should be self-starter with can do attitude
- Candidate should be able to work independently and efficiently
- Technical exposure would be an added advantage
