Process Coordinator - Client Servicing (0-4 yrs)
- Regular communication with the client on emails, slack and google meet meetings even during after working hours.
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial friction (if any)
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns on a weekly basis
- Collect feedback from clients and share it with the team leads
- Understanding company internal processes and allocating work to the team members
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to upsell packages and retain them
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
- Manages agency processes, teams, and their tasks
- You will be given exposure on how real projects are delivered.
- The core skill we are seeking is use of excel and the ability to learn new tools, follow instructions and connect with the team members to have a friendly relationship with them.
