JD for Agent :
Requirements:
1. Minimum HSC Pass.
2. Minimum 6 Months of sales experienced preferably in upselling or subscription selling process.
3. Very strong verbal communication skills.
4. Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided).
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for paid memberships.
2. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly target.
3. Comfortable in working with roaster offs
Salary Range: 10-18K
JD for Trainer :
Requirements:
1. Minimum Graduate.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Min 2-3 years of experience in upselling or subscription selling process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Good analytical Skills.
2. Conduct new hire training and On the Job Training.
3. Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training, monthly tests and call monitoring.
4. Liaison with the Quality and Operations to identify, screen and execute process improvement plans.
5. Plan and improve training workshops and projects to monitor and groom poor performers.
6. Ability to execute training tasks/ assignment on short notice.
7. Interested to deliver and contribute towards process improvement
Salary Range: 15-25K
