Role: Process associate for Tele calling / Telemarketing Executive

Candidate must have 0-3 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process (Call Center).

Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an advantage

Must have : International voice with Fluent English communication

Responsible for dealing with either Domestic or International Clients.

Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries

Responsibility :

Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new computer systems

Effectively leverages resources to create exceptional outcomes, embraces change, and constructively resolves barriers and constraints

Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their "needs" and schedules follow-up sales calls to answer questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.

Education : Any graduate (Degree must)

Experience : 0-3 years

Process Domestic Voice Process Salary 10k to 25k+ Incentives

Shift: Day shift (10 AM to 7 PM)
