Professionals with proven track records only need apply. Depending on the job requirement, following are the skills & attributes we are looking for :
- Thorough domain knowledge of Commercial Lines of insurance as a specialist.
- Excellent communicator who can liaise independently & interact with prospective & existing clients.
- Exposure to all types of Corporate Insurances & products is a must (EB & Non-EB both).
- Ability to interact effectively with clients to understand product requirements and translate them into customized solutions.
- Extensive industry contacts for business expansion necessary.
- Be able to inculcate good amount of trust with clients and be capable of building & maintaining long term relationships- Be self-driven and take ownership of deliverables end to end
- Effective networking and rapport with Insurance Companies necessary for ensuring "Best in Class" underwriting solutions.
- Proficient understanding of latest Regulatory guidelines affecting risk management of corporations.
Preferred industry : Insurance Company, Broker or TPA (sales profile only)
Location : Gujarat, Delhi and Mumbai.
