Proactive For Her - Executive - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)

- Preferred female employees with 1 to 3 years of experience into Customer service.
- Location : Bangalore
- Work hours : 9 am to 7 pm
- Full-time opportunity (Monday to Sunday, with one day off in a week)
Note : Saturdays and Sundays will be work from home.
Skills you need :
- Bachelors degree required
- 1 to 3 years' experience in care coordination, customer satisfaction or clinical practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent customer service.
- Compassion and empathy.
- Detail-oriented.
About the role :
- Care coordination is the first and consistent touchpoint of our patients with our organization, and plays a critical role in the quality of care we are committed to deliver to women in India.
- The care-coordinator team closely works with the patients, doctors and the systems teams at Proactive For Her to ensure a strong positive experience for patients with us.
- The core of the role is providing empathetic care delivery to our patients by working closely with the patients & clinical team.
- A strong contributor will be able to understand and contribute to build systems to ensure service delivery, protocols set up, patient communication pathways and work with the product teams to suggest product improvements.
- Compassionate nature towards the patients and knowledge/ willingness to learn about health care practices will go a long way in the success of this role!
