Proactive For Her - Customer Service Representative (1-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
 
- Handles all customer inquiries received by telephone, WhatsApp or email regarding, inquiries of tests and services, reporting of patient results and other concerns to provide superior service

- Document enquires, leads and orders in required format or in CRM

- Accepting & forwarding received request of Home Visits. to the concern dept.

- Maintain complete and accurate dashboard and records of orders

- Contact the patient to resolve routine matters related to patient testing

- Intimating the patient regarding delay in collection/problem in Specimens/delay in reporting

- Co-ordination with the various Depts. for placing orders, solving patients problems, report status etc.

- Take feedback and report patient concerns using established protocols

- Report laboratory results to patients using established protocols

- Perform other duties as required to meet the customer requirements

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Previous medical/diagnostics background with understanding of medical terminology preferred.

- 1-2 years of previous customer service background

- Possess good communication skills, both oral and written

- Possess good organization and analytical skills - detail oriented

- Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel
