Profile : Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Role Brief : Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Job Responsibilities :
- Think through and come up with creative ideas for growth digital growth strategies for the Company and the product through digital marketing.
- Present ideas, concepts, design and methodologies to relevant internal stakeholders on ways to improve Company's overall digital presence.
- Look at ways to improvise on traffic to entire Group Companies web-sites, having multiple products and brands. Strong work on SEO and SEM for an effective incremental organic traffic to all web-sites with some concrete timelines.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Work and facilitate web-site development for all web-sites of the group Company. Ensure zero down time for each and every web-site.
- Oversee and manage integrated payment gateways of all web-sites as the case may be. Take care of support and up time and/or any frequency based payments or subscriptions, effectively.
- Manage reviews on web-sites, respond to them or seek support to revert on each and every post, as the case maybe, in a timely manner.
- Manage Google Ad Campaigns on a regular basis.
- Assist eCommerce Team in running Campaigns on web-sites from time to time or as directed, while adhering to allocated Budgets.
- Manage all web-site domains, their subscriptions and payments, effectively. Maintain and manage their calendar.
- Web links creation from web-sites to various social media pages, page management, on a regular basis.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose for enhancement of services, features and support.
- Assist in creation of social media posts, videos & post them too after approvals.
Competencies & Skills :
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Good analytical ability, able to work with data, analyze and prepare reports
- Excellent skills on MS Office and other relevant tools
Education & Experience :
- Graduate in Digital Marketing and/or relevant certification
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
Salary : 30K-40K
