Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates specializing in Marketing & Sales who are eager to kickstart their career in B2B sales and business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead scouting, engaging with potential clients, and providing software/product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Research and identify potential customers through various online and offline sources.

- Develop and maintain a database of leads and contacts.

- Cold calling and emailing prospects to initiate business conversations.

2. Product Demonstrations:

- Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations for potential customers.

- Understand customer pain points and tailor presentations accordingly.

- Address client queries and provide relevant product insights.

3. Sales Coordination:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and schedule meetings.

- Track and follow up on leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.

- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.

4. Client Engagement & Follow-ups:

- Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.

- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates.

- Build strong relationships with prospects to increase future sales opportunities.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare reports on lead conversion, demo performance, and customer feedback.

- Provide insights and suggestions to optimize the sales process.

Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing & Sales (Mandatory).

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a simplified manner.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

- Basic knowledge of B2B sales and SaaS/ERP solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
