Privy/Affluent Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (4-15 yrs)

Key responsibilities:
This is an individual contributor role
Relationship Building Deepening Cross Sell
- Ensure consistent growth of Investment AUM & CASA portfolio. Work closely with the Head RM to establish synergies with different channels for maximum wallet share.
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to expand the banking relationship further.
- Ensure all business happens strictly within the compliance guidelines & framework of the bank.
Retention
- Ensure top class service delivery to clients to be in line with the best in the industry.
- Monitor high net worth accounts closely to ensure that customers continue regular use the account and grow balances.
- Work towards reactivating accounts which have stopped transacting or depleted in balances.
- Assist in resolving service hurdles to create a delight situation for customers.
Acquisition
- Assist Head RM in executing successful micro-events for acquisition of new clients. Acquire new accounts from group companies family of existing customers. Acquire new accounts from referrals from existing customers
- Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing category - A priority customer
Role:
- Develop new and existing HNI customer relationships for Priority Business by in - depth profiling of the client Identify opportunities and match these opportunities to products/solutions provided by the bank.
- Generate business actions across liabilities, assets and fee products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues and client stickiness.
- Formulate and implement the sales plan to acquire new HNI clients and increase the customer base
- Use investment expertise to conduct client portfolio reviews and showcase products as per clients requirements
- Ensure client contactability at all times through regular connect with them in weekly/monthly calls.
- Resolve client queries for the managed book within the specified TAT.
- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Endure adherence to all bank and regulatory processes always.
Requirements
- Aptitude to deliver high quality customer service by using organization and interpersonal skills.
- NISM/IRDA/AMFI if any can be strongly preferred.
- Fluent in communication skills, presentable and a quick grasping power.
- Decision-making skills with good sense of ownership-understanding the client requirements
- Must be having strong expertise in portfolio handling of big HNI customers and in building relationship management.
- Banking/NBFC will be preferred with good portfolio management.
Experience: minimum 7-8 years of experience in relationships and portfolio management.
Graduation Qualification in any stream/ MBA preferred
