privEzi - Sales Development Representative (1-3 yrs)
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow up. Utilize a variety of channels including email, phone, social media, and industry events to connect with potential customers.
- Qualify Leads : Assess the potential of leads to determine their fit with privEzi's data privacy management solutions. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Setting Appointments : Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team. Ensure a seamless handoff to Account Executives by providing detailed notes and context about the lead.
- Assist in Closing Deals : Work closely with Account Executives to support the sales process, from initial contact to closing. Participate in sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to help close deals.
- Market Research : Conduct research to understand potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to refine targeting strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions with leads in privEzi's CRM system. Ensure data integrity and keep information up to date.
- Customer Follow Up : Follow up with leads and customers post meetings and demos to address any questions, keep them engaged, and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing : Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and quantity. Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
