About the Job:

PrivaSapien is a pioneer in Privacy Engineering, building products which can enable businesses to visualize and mitigate privacy risk to unlock strategic data. We are hiring a Senior Renaissance Sales Executive, who can work with large enterprises at senior executive & board level, understanding regulatory challenges faced, proposing our privacy engineering solutions for unlocking data, strategizing business models for customers to unlock data across industry verticals and geographies, thus heralding the Privacy Era of AI.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the privacy market.

- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and devops teams to create effective sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.

- Build presentations, use cases, white papers, and other collaterals for various customers, partners, and events.

- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our product offerings.

- Stay informed about the latest Privacy and Gen AI threats, trends, technologies, and regulations.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential competition.

- Provide feedback to the product development team based on market demands and customer feedback.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.

- Work closely with the deployment team to ensure smooth post-sales implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Identify and prioritize customer objections, working with the founding team and internal teams to address customer issues and enhance product appeal.

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.

- Participate in national and international events, representing the company.

- Experience in setting up distribution channels, partnerships, and alliances.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales/ Pre-Sales Executive in cybersecurity or for DeepTech products in startup or new product sales in enterprise.

- Strong network in the BFSI domain

- Strong experience in setting up sales process including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, demo, deal structuring, negotiation, closure, and forecasting.

- Own sales function and collaborate effectively with Engineering, Marketing, Deployment and Support teams to deliver complex technical solutions to customers.

- Be good at story telling. Should be comfortable explaining complex technologies to customers in a simple language.

- Experience working at the intersection of global regulatory requirements, business requirements and technology solutions.

- Ability to work with a consulting strategy mindset and empower customers in creating new data centric business models with our products.

- Should be quick learner and must have keen interest in learning new technologies.

- Able to work independently in remote environment setup.
