Pristyn Care - Business Development Role (0-2 yrs)
PristynCare is a venture funded (marquee) Health Care Startup, growing 30% MOM. In 5 Months we have built a revenue positive business ground up. Founded by a team of Ex Max & Medanta Doctors & Ex UrbanClap, Mobikwik Business Head, we are disrupting surgical ecosystem. In 5 years we aim to be the biggest distributed full stack surgical fulfilment platform in India.
We are looking to hire passionate and energetic individuals who can take high degree of ownership and deliver results for PristynCare in this new market.
Responsibilities:
- Plan & oversee business development efforts for Delhi/NCR region.
- Identify new customers that meet PristynCare's standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure, quality etc. and pitch our partnership proposal
- Negotiate PristynCare's commercial agreement with interested parties
- Strengthen relationship with existing partners & other relevant stakeholders
- Advise customers about the product through structured discussions.
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain benefits of our product.
- Understand and communicate the risk of traditional treatment methods and the need for our products
Skills Required:
- Any Graduation/Post Graduation
- 0-4 years of experience in sales / business development, sales or partnerships
- Strong analytics skills and ability to structure complex commercial arrangements
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Thrives in a role that requires meeting new people, building and maintaining relationships
- High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude & willingness to get task completed
- Comfortable working in cross-functional setups requiring the candidate to collaborate with multiple teams locally
- Experience in early-stage startup environments preferred
