Responsibilities :
1. Directly impact revenue generation Advise patients about the service through structured discussions.
2. Understand Patient profile & problems to explain the benefits of our services.
- Hand holding the patients throughout their journey
- Directly impact the revenue generation by advising patients about the services through structured discussions and convincing them for surgeries.
3. Understanding a patient's profile and resolving their queries to make them better understand the benefits of Pristyn's services.
4. Being sensitive to a patient's needs and guiding them throughout their journey.
5. Coordinating with different departments and juggling multiple tasks to achieve the desired result.
6. Owning up the responsibility and able to plan weekly and monthly Sales targets.
Job Requirements :
- BTECH or Any graduate + MBA.
- 1 - 4 years of prior B2C Sales experience
- Should have worked in a target based profile
- Hustle & get things done attitude.
- Be open to work in a crazily moving head start-up environment
