About Pristyn Care :
Pristyn Care is a Series-A Sequoia funded Healthcare Startup. Founded by a team of Ex-Max & Medanta Doctors & Ex-UrbanClap, Mobikwik folks, we are disrupting the surgical ecosystem. In 5 years, we aim to be the largest distributed (full stack) surgery platform in India. A team of 120 today with folks from pedigree backgrounds, we are looking to bring on board teammates for some key leadership roles.

By leveraging technology, and a set of simple yet powerful processes and operations, we wish to build an ecosystem which can organize the world of day care procedures. We are leveraging some of the most advanced tech developments in the field of healthcare for this goal.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop the City Level Operations
- Tying up with Hospitals
- Primary responsibilities include visioning, brand development, category management and merchandising
- Drive product penetration and sale volume among customers through innovative campaigns
- Responsible for P&L driven decisions for the assigned region
- Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned region
- End-to-end ownership of a selected region
- Understand the region in depth, and how customers attract in the same
- Institutionalize service delivery norms and processes for the region
- Work with the marketing team to generate customer requests in that region
- To generate business in assigned Region through sales channels
- Leadership, problem-solving, communication skills to lead and manage a team of 7-8 people
- Fair understanding and skills to open unstructured demand channels
- Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities
Requirements :
- Bachelors/Masters from pedigree colleges - IIM/ IIT/NIT/XLRI/XIMB/SRCC
- General management experience managing the P&L for a business with significant revenues
- Has a relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment
- Proven ability to work in ambiguous situations
- Experience in developing and leading high-performance teams
- 3-5 years of total work experience
- Ex Entrepreneurs/Immediate joiners a plus
