Pristine Organics - Executive - Marketing Support (2-4 yrs)
- Makes outgoing customer calls (Domestic and International) or cold calls in order get appointments (B2B)
- Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback
- Maintain and update customer list on regular intervals
- Follow up with customers over phone for outstanding & collection in coordination with sales team.
- Conducting research and analyzing competitor's data
- Evaluate prospective clients by calling them and following up with them.
- Contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition activities, such as cold calling, email marketing and trade shows.
- Should have good command on English and Hindi
