Priority Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Tekpillar is looking for a Priority Sales Manager with expertise. Analyzing results and formulating strategies. establishing long-lasting relationships with clients and staff. ensuring that every employee uses their time wisely. adhering to the organization's established policies, procedures, and guidelines and ensuring that other staff members do the same.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Quickly notify clients about products and services that could be of interest to them.
- Mention the additional items you think they'll find useful and consider trying to cross-promote them.
Help should be given both prior to and following the transaction.
- Complete all outstanding sales-related tasks and contracts pertaining to the provision of goods or services.
- When necessary, add the customer's information to the database.
- Give clients an explanation of the features of the products and services.
Candidate Profile:-
- Every Graduate
- A minimum of one year's experience in the local sales field
- 21-38 Years Old
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- 2 years of work experience is required, in addition to 1 year of insurance sales experience.
- Strong Communications Skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
