Tekpillar is looking for a Priority Sales Manager with expertise. Analyzing results and formulating strategies. establishing long-lasting relationships with clients and staff. ensuring that every employee uses their time wisely. adhering to the organization's established policies, procedures, and guidelines and ensuring that other staff members do the same.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Promptly inform customers about goods and services that might be of interest to them.
- Tell them to check out the other things you believe they'll find helpful and maybe try cross-promoting them.
- Provide help both before and after the transaction.
- Complete any unfinished business relating to sales and contracts involving the supply of products or services.
- Update the database with the customer's details as needed.
- Describe the characteristics of the goods and services to customers.
Candidate Profile :
- Every Graduate
- A minimum of one year's experience in the local sales field
- 21-38 Years Old
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- 2 years of work experience is required, in addition to 1 year of insurance sales experience.
- Strong Communications Skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems.
