Priority Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Priority Sales Manager person who can oversee and manage lead regarding insurance.
Role & Responsibility :
1. Manage residential sales teams to achieve targets through effective sourcing, marketing, and closing deals.
2. Develop business relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Conduct site visits to understand property features, amenities, and potential buyers' preferences.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirement :
- Graduate
- 2+ work experience and one year of insurance sales experience are requirements.
- Someone with a positive outlook, effective communication abilities, and a driven mindset
- Someone who enjoys the challenge of pursuing and exceeding sales goals.
- CTC 2.75 to 3.00 LP + incentive + bonus
