Priority Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Our company is seeking for Priority sales manager who will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve exceptional sales performance, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer service!
Responsibilities :
1.Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, while ensuring excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
2.Build strong relationships with priority customers, understand their needs, and develop targeted solutions to meet their requirements.
3.Manage complex accounts, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
5.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

1. Any graduate
2. Any local candidate
3. Experience :- field sales and marketing of insurance /BFSI
4. Age :- 21 -38 years
