Priority Sales Manager - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for a Priority Sales Manager who can develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Role Responsibilities :
- Drive sales through the Banca Channel by engaging with bank branch managers and staff.
- Promote and sell insurance products to bank customers through effective sales pitches and presentations.
- Provide post-sale support and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track and report on sales performance and market conditions.
Requirements :
- Any Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or banking sector.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- CTC 2.00 LPA to 3.00 LPA + incentive + bonus
