Senior AM Associate :

Manage existing accounts in the allotted region and acquire new accounts, if required
- Drive key metrics for your allotted region
- Engage with key stakeholder of each account to drive
Selection : Identify services being offered by the biller but not on Amazon, example new customer acquisition, change in connection address.
Convenience : Own & Drive biller parity charter for features such as pre-payment, bulk payment etc
Price : Influence the account to drive higher commission for services provided by Amazon.
- Analyze territory trends, Track merchant performance, troubleshoot issues and identify solutions in scalable way
- Regularly review competitive websites in terms of product range, marketing initiatives, functionality and customer offerings.
- Prepare and execute planning calendar for each season, promotions and mailer campaigns. Oversee offer and merchandising ensuring effective delivery of each campaign
- Identify online and offline biller inventory. Responsible for running targeted offline regional co-marketing activities to drive topline
- Drive operational improvement by engaging with the biller to bring down payment failure, latency etc
- Be the bridge between account and internal teams to represent Voice of the Biller as an input into product development and process improvement
- Conduct bi-monthly review of the account performance with each biller.
Education :
Minimum Graduate, MBA Preferred
Experience Relevant :
- More than 3 years of experience in sales and account management
- Previous experience of working with government organization, utility companies or key stakeholders in large organization would be preferred
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Proven ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as per requirement to meet sellers and drive business objectives
