Prione is offering the position of Sales Associate- Aggregation.
- As a Sales Executive - Aggregation with Prione, you will be responsible you will be responsible for launching sellers on Amazon. You would also follow Amazon/Prione processes and policies. You would also be responsible respective sellers and ensure are delivering the expected MFN and Easy Ship launches. You will also be responsible for external relationship management with local governmental agencies and will lead seller workshops. You will be reporting into the Central Aggregation Manager.This role is critical to Prione's strategy in 2016-17 and is a great opportunity to be part of a new entrepreneurial aggregationteam solving challenging problems as Prione expands to tier 3 and 4 cities.
- The ideal candidate will have ability to deliver results under time constraints, train in and execute repeatable processes and have good English language skills. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The role will require local travel.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Understand products and services offered by Prione/Amazon and be able to train the aggregation sales and service associates on it.
- Liase with local government agencies to make sure of their participation in workshops with sellers. Lead the workshops and motivate sellers to list on Amazon
- Identifying and prioritizing valuable sellers and selection for Prione services; planning and executing events aimed at gathering seller leads
- Track and monitor performance on a daily basis; scheduling appointments with sellers, unblocking on imaging & cataloguing and guiding them through the initial orders
- Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers being launched through aggregation channel in their respective region and ensure that they are getting trained as per our expectation.
- Ensure launching the sellers as per their weekly and monthly targets.
- Responsible for order fulfillment and other performance parameters for all sellers.

Prior Experience and skills:
- More than 1+ years of experience in Prione sales or e-commerce vendor onboarding
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred
- Passion for e-commerce is required.
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Proven ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
