Prione Business Services Private Limited (affiliate of Amazon) works with Small & Medium Businesses (SMB) to enable their growth in the digital economy. It provides multiple products and services to retailers to scale their business.
As a Sales associate with Prione you will have the exciting opportunity of identifying potential customers for Amazon Gift cards and work with them on their gifting requirements. The role would require engaging with corporate customers and convincing them to use Amazon GCs for gifting or running contests. You will also be managing relationships with these corporate customers on an ongoing basis to identify future requirements and fulfill them.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ year of B2B sales experience preferably in corporate gifting sales or gift cards business. Candidate should also possess ability to work in an environment with limited supervision, and capability to influence external parties. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with basic technology systems and train other stakeholders on systems and processes. The candidate should have understanding of the local market and should be comfortable with local travel 5 days a week
Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand Gift cards proposition and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences
- Identify valuable corporate customers, convince and onboard them by imparting detailed knowledge of processes and commercials
- Manage existing relationships with corporate customers and acquire repeated business on a regular basis
- Handhold customers through the transaction process and provide support in case of any issues/escalations
- Prior Experience and skills:
- Post-graduation recommended
- Candidate should have at least 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Preference would be given to person having corporate gifting sales background or GC business experience
- Understanding of local market and key contacts in B2B companies in respective city
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills with a passion for sales
- Self-Motivated/Self Driven to manage entire business independently with less supervision
- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
- Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Has sound judgment and ability solve on the spot.
- Highly Ethical and Compliance driven person
