Job Purpose :
- You will be responsible for managing employees from the agency and drive acquisition of merchants for Amazon's I Have Space Program. Purpose of the role is to onboard offline stores as delivery partners for Amazon I Have Space (IHS) program to achieve seamless delivery & pickup experience for Amazon end customers. The team will be divided basis geographies into small clusters and desired number of IHS stores per cluster are arrived basis delivery volumes of each cluster.
- Role will involve managing mid-size teams (30 - 40 off roll resources) across all major cities in India for 2020. It will also involve driving training programs and incentive programs to keep the FoS engaged and attrition within acceptable limit
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage 30-40 resources (FOS and tele callers) on manpower agency payroll with the help of 3 agency managers or directly
- Cross functional interactions to drive store acquisition through multiple business models
- Dynamic route assignment for FOS and creating journey plan to drive maximum store onboarding
- Raise tickets with Amazon team for completing store onboarding process
- Process improvement for getting First Time Right (FTR) onboarding
- Drive productivity numbers, controlling attrition, and managing absenteeism as per the goal sheet
- Drive acquisition and quality goals (active merchants, compliant merchants) for the area handled by you within specified time frame
- Reporting on daily activities and weekly update on goals
Job Specifications
Education :
Minimum Graduate, MBA Preferred
Experience:
Relevant :
- More than 3 years of experience in sales and distribution
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Proven ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as per requirement to meet sellers and drive business objectives
Preferred :
- Experience working with FMCG, Telecom or logistics industry
- Understanding of the logistics landscape in India with prior distribution experience
- Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets
