Printers Tech - Technical Sales Executive (0-1 yrs)
- Answer calls politely and professionally from international clients
- Provide technical support assistance to US customers
- Troubleshoot the issues related to Desktop, Laptops, Printers, Emails, Phones and all kind of relevant devices.
- Basic technical knowledge of PCs.
- Basic technical knowledge of operating systems like windows XP, Windows 7 &etc.
- Basic knowledge of Laptop, PC troubleshooting, Internet and networking
- Basic understanding of internet, anti-Virus, Routers, Phones etc
- Up selling skills required for the profile.
