JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
REVENUE MANAGEMENT
- Prospect for retained search mandates from current, past and potential clients
- Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded
- Ensure tight cost management and positive cash-flow
CLIENT MANAGEMENT :
- Consult / advise the client on the business within the context of a search mandate
- Ensure high degree of closure of search mandates and manage client expectations
- Farm existing client relationships to generate additional business
ASSIGNMENT MANAGEMENT :
- Execute and close search-assignments successfully within the given timeframe
- Effectively assess the clients need and the candidates suitability
- Actively form contact list to ensure closure on two self generated mandates
- Generate prospects for CXO searches and assist the partner in closing deals
- Nurture and manage existing Hunt Partners client relationships
- Oversee research and execution process to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy
- Monitor the quality of all deliverables within the context of a search mandate
- Ensure the search mandate is completed successfully within the stipulated timelines and to the clients satisfaction
PRACTICE MANAGEMENT :
- Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings
- Develop practice-specific IP, industry reports
- Provide firm visibility at industry events
- Confidential and Proprietary Information of Hunt Partners
TEAM MANAGEMENT :
- Create and maintain a culture of innovation, enthusiasm, empowerment and teamwork, to have a positive impact on staff motivation and reduce attrition
- Ensure continual development of team members skill-set and know-how by organizing appropriate training and mentoring
- Conduct 6 monthly /annual appraisals with team members and provide relevant feedback on a regular basis
