Job Responsibilities :
- She will manage the go to market initiatives towards selling PFT's services to Brands
- Work closely with the Head of Sales in identifying target market, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity
- Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers, identify key needs and positioning of the company
- Ability to engage with CXO and senior management team over phone with Good convincing and call deflection skills to ensure higher connect to lead ratio
- Develop email and calling campaign strategy and plan jointly with the HOS / Regional Heads / Field sales manager
- Cold call prospective leads & Follow up on warm leads
- Independently handle first level of conversation on chosen services
- Convert hot leads into face to face or telephonic meetings
- Lead qualification and hand over
- Build a lead pipeline
- Generate fresh leads & nurturing existing leads
Desired Candidate :
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience (experience in lead generation function)
- Go Getter Attitude having Excellent Communication skills in English- Oral and Written
- Consultative sales focus
- Fair understanding of Brands & Media industry, typical services, client expectations.
- General understanding of the market customers & competitors
- Experience in calling into FMCG, Automobile, Ecommerce, Telecom, Retail, BFSI will be required.
- Experience in Inside Sales focused towards clients in a B2B environment
- Exceptionally strong communication / presentation skills
- Highly organized, motivated and able to multi-task
- Ability to coordinate and support senior leaders
- Self-driven and proactive
