Prime Focus Limited - Senior Sales Manager (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for spot distribution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media and entertainment industry.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their spot distribution requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase PFT's offerings and capabilities.
Account Management :
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for PFT.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Collaboration and Coordination :
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales, preferably within the spot distribution domain.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, including trends and key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
