About the Role :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing effective ad campaigns across various platforms. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve measurable results through targeted advertising efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
1-Ad Campaign Management:
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and calls-to-action for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform features to stay ahead of the curve.
2-Targeting and Segmentation:
- Leverage ad targeting tools to reach the most relevant audience segments.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creative, targeting, and messaging.
3- Strategy and Planning :
- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define key messaging and campaign objectives.
4-Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign results, including key findings, recommendations, and optimizations.
- Monitor ad spend and budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
5-Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketing managers, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media advertising.
- Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Proven 2+ experience in running digital ads on different platforms with full responsibility.
- Proficiency in ad management tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and engaging ad content.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
